Troubleshooting Common Issues with Accelerate plugin
These are some of the common issues with Viator and how to solve them:

Sheet Access: Please make sure to open the sheet with the google account which is connected in the Vacation Labs Backoffice, (and all sheet access requests will also be sent on this account as well)

New trip: Please note new trips cannot be created via the accelerate sheet (it is only used to edit the existing trips)

New Variant: Please note new variants for the trip cannot be created via the accelerate sheet.

Plugin Not opening: the accelerate plugin in offered as a paid on and will be not functional if not subscribed to. (available by default on pro plans)
