Connecting Vacation Labs and Viator

Overview

The Vacation Labs <> Viator integration has the following capabilities / features:

  1. Sync open dates/times and available seats from Vacation Labs to Viator for tours already created on your Viator Supplier Dashboard. Once the sync has been setup, it is not recommended to change time slots in Viator directly.
  2. Pull bookings made on Viator directly into your Vacation Labs backoffice (changes made to bookings on Viator are also synced automatically with Vacation Labs)

Warning

In the current integration, tour prices/rates from Vacation Labs will not be synced to your Viator Supplier Account. The tour (and its rates) needs to be created in the Viator Supplier Dashboard first, after which seats, inventory, and bookings can be synced between Viator and Vacation Labs.
